If your shipping is subject to custom duties, you will be charged before the delivery. Custom clearance is always managed by the country where the order transits. Mesh and couriers are not directly involved in the custom clearance process.

Our products are not prepackaged, therefore we don’t have any stock.
Sunglasses are custom made on the features selected during the buying process. We start to make your sunglasses in that moment, therefore Mesh requires 5-7 working days from the order.
As the making process is done, our courier will deliver the product:
– In Italy within 48 hours after shipping
– In the EU within 4 days after shipping
– As for the other countries within 5 days after shipping
The courier whom we entrust the delivery ensures it in the shortest time. Be aware that bad weather or traffic conditions could delay the delivery.
As the shipping is confirmed you will receive an e-mail with a tracking code so you can always know where your order is.
In the event the courier finds no one at home, the delivery will be pursued the following day.
After two attempts your package will be kept in stock. You will have to contact the courier directly to check in which branch you can pick up your package.

All Mesh sunglasses follow a completely Italian production chain, and they are manufactured in an artisan factory, where every single piece is entirely hand crafted.
Only expert workers are entrusted with the making process and the customization technique makes the print of the texture, applied on every single product, different in every eyewear. That makes every item a unique and not replicable piece. That said, eventual small imperfections (of the texture applied on the frame) are not to be considered as flaws but as an added value, since they are the result of uniqueness and craftsmanship.
We are happy to reiterate that behind our production we have no machines, but people.
In the event you have received a product which is visibly damaged, we please you to send an e-mail to the customer service address within 3 days from the delivery, attaching a picture of the package and the product as to begin a substitution procedure.
Our Shop takes no responsibility of refunding damaged products when the package is visibly compromised, or it presents a non-original labeled box.
By accepting and signing for the delivery of a previously damaged package, the customer is responsible for the content.
If you decide to return your sunglasses you can take advantage of the right of withdrawal within 5 days from the delivering of the product by following these simple steps:
– Contact us via e-mail to the address xxxxx placing on the mail subject the order number and the title “RETURN”
– We will agree about the collecting of the item by the courier at your address
– Prepare the package for the courier making sure to use the original box and that the product is not damaged or compromised
– Fill up the returning form that you found inside the item box, specifying if you wish to have a gift voucher or a refund
– Wait for the courier to come on the fixed date and hand the product
– As we receive the returned package, we will make sure the previous conditions are satisfied and issue the refund
– In 7 days you will receive the gift voucher or the refund, shipping costs excluded (€ 10 for the EU countries, € 40 for the rest of the countries) using the same payment method as the one of the original purchasing.
Our products are not prepackaged. As the order is processed, the making process begins, according to the customization chosen by the customer (frame, textures, lenses).
This makes Mesh sunglasses unique and not replicable pieces, therefore we are unable to cancel any orders after 24 hours from purchasing.

The 24-month warranty of compliance provided by law for products bought by consumers will be applied with no restrictions only on manufacturing damages, not accidental.
Any scratches on the lenses, which is considered as a usual wear is not covered by warranty.
All sunglasses follow a completely Italian production chain and are manufactured in an artisan factory in Cadore, Veneto. Frames are made of acetate, a flexible and resistant material used by most of the eyewear high quality brands.
Our lenses are made by a great Italian company, they are anti-scratch and made of CR-39, an organic resin, which has a strong water, alcohol and acetone resistance.
We suggest to clean the lenses using the specific cloth you will find in the box.
On the description page of every frame model you will find the size of the total length, the height, the lens diameter, the bridge (nose width) and the temples of the eyewear.
Also, every frame displays on the inside surface of the temple three numbers, which indicate the lens diameter, the nose width (bridge) and the length of the temple.
If you have an old frame you can compare it with the model you want to buy.
We suggest not to leave your sunglasses under high temperatures or exposed to direct sun light for too long periods. Do not place your sunglasses face-down to prevent lenses wear. Always carry your sunglasses inside their specific case and clean them with the cloth you found inside the box.
